Ezan Vaktim: Namaz Vakitleri - Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Ezan Vaktim: Namaz Vakitleri mobile app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1) Service scope

• Ezan Vaktim: Namaz Vakitleri provides prayer times, Ramadan calendar support, qibla direction, Quran reading/listening, dua-hadith content, dhikr counter, and related spiritual tools.

2) Religious information and accuracy limits

• Prayer times are generated based on the selected calculation method, city data, and device time.
• Qibla direction can be affected by device sensors and compass calibration.
• You are responsible for your worship decisions; for critical religious obligations, verify with local religious authorities when needed.

3) Permissions and device behavior

• If location permission is granted, the app may suggest the nearest city and improve qibla accuracy.
• If notification permission is granted, the app may send prayer and Ramadan reminders.
• You can change these permissions at any time from your device settings.

4) Third-party services

• The app may fetch content from third-party services including api.alquran.cloud, cdn.islamic.network (EveryAyah), hadeethenc.com, raw.githubusercontent.com (dua source), YouTube public feeds/pages, and Google AdMob.
• Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5) Advertisements

• The free version of the app may display ads.
• Ads are served through Google AdMob.
• Where legally required, ad consent (UMP) and iOS tracking authorization (ATT) flows are applied.

6) Intellectual property

• The app software, design, branding, and original arrangement of content belong to the developer.
• Rights to third-party content remain with their respective owners.

7) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8) Changes to terms

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• The latest version will be published in the app and/or via official legal links.
• Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
